CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Check-in begins at 3pm. Check-out is at 12pm. Early arrival and late departure are offered when the room schedule allows.
PARKING
Overnight valet parking is available for registered guests for $48 per night, with in-and-out service.
PETS
Dogs under 35 pounds are welcome with advance notice. A one-time $85 cleaning fee applies; additional cleaning or damage is assessed separately.
SMOKING
Bellwether House is smoke-free in all rooms, terraces and shared spaces. A recovery fee applies when smoking occurs indoors.
HOUSE FEE
A daily $24 house fee supports the following services and house comforts:
- Continental breakfast served each morning in the living room
- An evening welcome pour in the living room or on the roof terrace
- High-speed wireless internet throughout the house
- A selection of snacks in the in-room refreshment drawer
- Filtered water replenished in every guest room
- Coffee and tea available in the living room
- Nightly turn-down service
- Local and domestic telephone calls
GUEST ROOM POLICIES
Rooms are intended for registered single or double occupancy unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing. Guest rooms may not be used for parties or unregistered gatherings.
Outside alcohol service is not permitted in guest rooms or shared house spaces.
Professional photography and filming require prior written approval from hotel management.
The name on each reservation must match a government-issued photo ID at arrival.
GROUP BOOKINGS
Reservations of four or more rooms are handled as a group stay and require a signed agreement. Room blocks made outside that process may be modified or cancelled so availability remains accurate. Guests planning a group visit can use the contact page to share dates and room needs with the house team.
